SHIPPING POLICIES

  • My shipping day is Wednesday

  • I ship the ceremonial cocoa almost all over the world with different shipping prices, check the shipping list for that.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I accept returns and cancellations

  • Contact me within 14 days of delivery

  • Return items within 21 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

 

I do not accept exchanges

Please contact me within 24 hours if you have any problem with your order.

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these products, no withdrawal is possible for the following products. The situation is different if the products were defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Custom made or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (such as food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate articles (for health/hygiene reasons)
